I need a website that will give me a Healthy diet, not those ” starve yourself to death” diets, but the diets where they tell me what to eat what not to eat, but still have a maximum of 2000 calories per day. thanks. =D

You are 100p.c,weight reduction is clearly great problem ,i also had huge downside to remove off excessive burden,i imply i used to be dieing in the health club five to six days per week for a few of hours and that i succeed to take of 67 pounds, so now i really feel significantly better with a hundred and eighty pounds, however i wouldn’t advocate anybody to starve and train to the death as i used to be (i used to be depressed, burned out, received tachycardia-ok now……) Keep away from any weight reduction with out proper set up,clear aim and proved dietary supplements!
